@ Thatbastardson yes, I do not eat much. its not the best for you. When I was younger I often ate it. i get local good scrapple, and a little more “clean” commercial matter.

We do not have here (Canada). I’ve had in Baltimore, however, and variations on it are seen in Europe. Everything but the oink! KTC

It seems a bit of sour cream can make fuffly. But I tend to like them a bit plain. Thanks for the tip! KTC

cook with indirect heat helps you stay drier, and stirring with a rubber spatula helps keep light and fluffy. Also when almost done add a spoonful of milk to make it even more humid. Then sprinkle on your favorite cheese. At least that’s how I do it: D

perfect! Im gonna make me some Eggie. . . . . I do not like the restaurants and not enough remains at the heart RAW. . . . . . or when they do not even fight for what we want is a pancake omelet type thing. . . . . . . . super lame! try a teaspoon of “sour cream”, which undoubtedly will be soft and fluffy. Also, try cooking oil (just a bit) instead of butter and can not burn. However, I prefer butter because it provides a better flavor. Thanks and have a great day! KTC
