Every time I messed up my marinade, I sauteed onion, garlic, a small tomato in a separate pan then add my “no seasoning” and becomes a marinade AMAZING! is like magic!

Why you marinade soup? I like pickled sauce no.Tu tasty thick soup reminds me of pork marinated, but paksiw without the sweetness.

I cooked but too salty brine dont know the exact measurement of soy sauce and vinegar. . its hard to find soy sauce kc also like us here in the Philippines.

I will try this today I had the pork, soy sauce and garlic in the refrigerator overnight. I hope to come out as good as it looks. I would serve with rice. Thanks for the recipe.
