Haha, I do not look silly. The question was separated from the bone knife chicken dry comment. I hate to use kitchen tools and my weak Furi knife was not half as sharp as I thought. I need something to cut a whole chicken, cheese, etc easily.

The knife should not be any difference in the dryness of the chicken breast. Cooking time will affect the dryness. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes and you will be fine.

I’ll try it. Chicken breasts are always bone dry. What is a good knife to use? I used a Furi knife was not cutting it (no pun). His background music is the point. Thank you.

What exactly does the “c” represent the position 1c 2c etc?

The wine is used to create a sauce, you can use low sodium broth. I prefer wine and I use a cheap white wine drinking.

Is it necessary cooking wine for this recipe? What type should I use?

Good video, because I like real chicken breasts like this, when I was young I would buy a box of frozen chicken “pie” in the market. and really not even the chicken. their soybeans and other things mixed. I tell you the texture. anyway good vid.
