The first is very simple and is a wonderful casserole. My family really enjoys it and that only takes me about 10 minutes to pull together and after about 35 minutes to cook. I love to cook this at night because my husband works and smells wonderful when you walk in it always says “ooooo, I can not wait for dinner.” Rancho Chicken with vegetables 4 boneless chicken breasts, skinned 2 c vegetable of your choice (carrots work well) 1 c Italian bread crumbs, plus a little more 2 packages of dry ranch dressing mix Preheat oven to 350. Sprinkle the dish or a 9×13 oil and coat with extra bread crumbs. In a bowl mix the ranch dressing and 1 cup bread crumbs. Spread chicken mixture and place in pan. Then put your vegetables in the mixture, stir to evenly coat, then place the carrots in the pan around chicken. Bake for 35 minutes, then serve with slices of bread or crackers. This next recipe simple chicken breast is a wonderful and balanced meal can be done in a skillet. It’s incredibly easy to make and easy to clean. This recipe can also be converted into a clay pot if necessary and baked throughout the day. Chicken and rice 8 boneless chicken breasts, skinned 1 can onion soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 / 3 of milk can Mix 1 box long grain and wild rice 16 oz 1 bag of frozen vegetables Preheat oven to 350. Evenly distributed the rice in a 13×9 inch pan. Then sprinkle the herb packet that came with the rice on it, and top with vegetables. In a bowl mix the onion soup with a can of water and pour over vegetables. Then place chicken on top of rice. In a bowl mix the mushroom soup with milk and pour over chicken. Bake for 1 ½ hours. These two recipes have to do with a quiet few ingredients and minimal amounts of preparation time. However, if you need something with almost no preparation and few ingredients, you can always opt for the classic, throw some chicken in a skillet and pour a can of cream of chicken on it, serve it with instant mashed potatoes and a vegetable. This recipe simple chicken breast has been around for ages and has become a favorite fast food for most families.

Simple Spaghetti

Posted by admin on Monday Apr 5, 2010 Under Italian Cuisine

This is the dinner that I made on Tuesday, March 3, 2009. This is one of the first Italian recipes that I learned to cook here in Italy. It is called: SPAGHETTI all’AMATTRICIANA! Try saying THAT fast! INGREDIENTS: you will need to talk to the butcher in your fine grocery store, and request some PANCETTA–that is Italian bacon. Be sure to chop up (dice) pancetta into small pieces. Use a “handful” of pancetta for 2 people. 2 black or green olives–your choice. Some sage. Salt/red pepper/crushed garlic. Extra-virgin olive oil. Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. And, of course, spaghetti! Here I show how I get cookin’….In my other vlog, I will show you the “finished product.” I didn’t have enough arms to film and cook :) If you have questions, just let me know! BUON APPETITO!

Have you heard of the carving, chocolate diet? ” Get ready because I heard you right. Chocolate acts as a vitamin replacement, and if this is true then healthy benefits derived from this particular diet may not be so bad after all The chocolate diet is one of the fad diets that include many that eating their favorite foods. Although the specific consumption of the amount of their compensation delicious take into account that is supposed to control high blood pressure and prevent heart disease. Although encouraging reasons for using the diet, the teeth rotten and people hit weight if both look at a chocolate bar. The diet consists primarily of liquids. Powder or supplements are given to the dieter to mix with milk or water. Is this not cocoa as we all know? Chocolate contains antioxidants that help prevent clogging arteries. Do not leave the dieter in a catch 22 situation after being advised to avoid sugary foods due to issues fattening? Weighing the good and bad is not healthy to carry a little weight to avoid excessive clogging pores or having a heart attack. Chocolate prevents heart disease and obesity increases the risk of heart disease. Is not the same as fat obesity? I’m confused. Chocolate powder shakes are not for replacing or substituting meals and snacks but designed to stop a rumbling belly. Is this diet so bad when the sugar supply gives us that much needed energy boost? The question is whether the chocolate diet work. . It is not clear that chocolate stimulates the metabolism or helps the fat burning process. Beyond that, too much of anything can be bad. While chocolate has health benefits, a diet with an emphasis on the chocolate may not be the best way to lose weight. To lose weight is to follow a sensible eating plan. Diet – During the day guests can enjoy two bars of chocolate and 40 grams of sugar-free coffee with skim milk. Have eating exciting and appetizing, mix chocolate chips with strawberries in a glass bowl. Glass allows visibility of the delicious filling which guarantees licking his lips. Cut a couple of bananas and drizzle melted chocolate over them black. You have to take the chocolate diet for 5-7 days and no more. After a course to take a break of 3-4 days. The chocolate diet is a reduced calorie diet that centers on drinking liquid diet shakes to fill the gap. The people use it as a replacement for food if you eat less food and clearly indicate fewer calories. I’m not sure I agree that this can be called a proper diet when the evidence shows i. different e. stack pounds instead of dropping off and decaying teeth. Before dieting talk to your doctor or dietitian It makes sense to ignore fad diets and embark on the sensible, following a sensible eating plan. Choose the wrong diet can be dangerous – seek expert advice. The best way to evaluate a diet is by the promises made. weight loss during the night or miracle cures are promotional commitments to be slight. a crash diet is not healthy. Weight loss is more than just losing pounds. Exercise for the skin and muscle tone is so important. Exercise is necessary, but it will not replace a diet. A combination of both is very good source key to losing weight. Give yourself time to adjust and not lose focus when you begin your first diet. Consider a diet of low-profile that points to healthy food: 1 Choose an apple over a chocolate bar. 2 Cut out and drinking warm water. 3 Walk rather than use the car or bus. 4 Limit portion sizes of what you eat. It’s easier than counting calories and carbohydrates. 5 Use a smaller plate to serve dinner. 6 Replace sticky creams for pieces of fruit To lose weight, which burns fewer calories than you take in. Skipping meals and eating fewer calories can lead to serious consequences, but teasing can lead to binge later because of low energy and sugar levels in the blood. A sensible eating plan and healthy include between 1200 and 1400 calories daily for women and 1500 to 1800 calories for men. Breakfast to be the most important meal of the day is the only one not to skip. Eat 4 to 5 times a day but in moderation. Chicken breast is a good source of protein low in fat.
