Sautéed chicken with Swiss cheese and MushroomsDelight family and friends with this wonderful recipe. Making a normal dinner daily. Attracting and decant well. Ingredients: 1 skinless chicken by flourSalt cup person1 / 3 and pepper to taste3 tablespoons butter or one cup sliced green margarine1 onions1 / 3 cup chicken broth1 cream soup1 can sliced mushrooms 8 oz Package mushrooms1 Swiss cheese slicesPound each chicken breast until ¼ inch thick with a mallet or place in a plastic bag and beat him with a jar of spices, or anything that has a flat surface. Mix salt, pepper and flour and coat chicken. Set aside. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the butter, onions, green saute for 3 minutes remove with a slotted spoon. Set aside. Place chicken in skillet and cook 5 minutes per side. Add the chicken broth and mushroom soup to the saucepan, stirring frequently for 5 minutes.
