A Little Taste Of Italy Cookbook – Delicious Italian Delights!
Posted by admin on Monday Mar 8, 2010 Under Italian Cuisine
My friends are totally into Italian cuisine. No matter where we go, they’re always on the lookout for as I call it âA Little taste of Italy. â For one of my friend’s birthday who has a strong passion for food, especially Italian delights, I decided to invite the birthday girl along with my small group of friends and surprise them with special Italian items for dinner. After looking around for some good cookbooks, I finally purchased an Italian cookbook very aptly titled A Little Taste of Italy from BIGshop. With simple instructions and diverse cuisines, this cookbook turned out to be my saviour. This Italian cookbook had a lot to offer. With 100 authentic Italian recipes attractively photographed, I actually found it difficult to decide on what to cook. From pizzas to crostinis, it contained recipes from all regions of Italy, including, North, South, East, and West. The instructions for the items were so simple that I didn’t have any difficulty following the Italian Cookbook. I learnt the importance of choosing ingredients, such as fruity extra-virgin olive oil, short-grain rice, hard durum wheat, pearl millet and cracked in Italian cooking. After going through the entire book, finally, I decided on South Italian specials, Pizza Panni sandwiches, antipastos, prosciutto crudo sausages, Panettone and of course cheese and wine. My friends were absolutely surprised and delighted to see their favourite cuisine for dinner. Thanks to BIGshop’s Italian cookbook, they were all praising for the dishes and couldn’t stop raving about them. After the party, which turned out to be a grand success; I now use this Italian cookbook on every occasion possible. Now, even my husband, who was not much into Italian food, has started to love it. Apart from cookbooks, I now use BIGshop for all my needs. From purchasing homewares online to pet supplies, I can find no better place than BIGshop!
