And then when you find them, not so much that you can enter them: menu planning, making a shopping list, driving to the store, shopping, checking out in the long line, pay the bill , and driving home is not to mention the preparation of food and sits down to feast on their hard work. Without missing a beat, the inevitable always seems to happen. . . allegations. ”I do not like this.” ”This is” weird. ”I do not like this color.” ”I want pizza!” ”I can have a cookie instead?” Nutrition plays a vital role in the development of our children, and we know it. But how easy is to take just a frozen pizza and call it a day! Although it may seem tempting, it is our responsibility as parents to find healthy recipes that children can prepare and enjoy the family table. Here are some healthy recipes for children who have been successful in my own family table.
