See how the loaf comes out. I cooked this at 350 degrees for an hour. Let it cool for an hour with the second pan in place, then covered and put in the fridge overnight. The colder it is, the easier it is to slice. Place slices in freezer bag and store in the freezer to use whenever a craving comes!
