Soak dried mushrooms in warm water for half an hour. Drain, rinse and cut into thin slices. Heat oil in a pan and add the chicken pieces. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add broth and soy sauce mixture, together with the cornflour mixed with sherry, to the chicken. Add the mushrooms and cook until sauce thickens slightly. That’s all I can stand this week. Chicken Ginger Chicken Ginger is a very tasty dish (without sauce or little), that goes well with fried rice, white rice, and roti parathas. This dish is very spicy or hot and appropriate for everyone. Ginger aids in digestion so this dish will not be any problems with digestion. Heat oil in a skillet, saute the chopped onion and ginger and garlic paste and fry well. Add chicken and cold boiled properly. Add the tomatoes, soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, pepper powder and salt to taste and mix well. When the chicken is dry, sprinkle cilantro and ajinomoto or leaves and cut the gas. Serve the chicken with ginger fried rice or white rice or roti or parathas and salad.
