Severe reaction to eating ‘normally’ farmed fruit and veg after 90 days of eating only organic/biodynamic produce. This has totally shocked me. It is more important than ever to source our own fruit and veg direct from local organic / biodynamic growers if we want to stop from being poisoned by the mainstream food industry. I’m sedated, depressed, fatigued, nauseous and have a terrible headache. All these symptoms have come on 30 minutes to 2 hours after ingesting what I thought was a salad.
