This recipe was given to me by my great aunt 83 years of age who used to leave all our family and renunions picnics. It uses ingredients that most likely have on hand. My family really enjoys this cake recipe for their different tastes and awesome. If you have a large enough rectangular cake pan, you can actually make in a frying pan instead of 2 rounds called for in the recipe. I like mine with more than vanilla frosting or cream cheese.
