Simple Spaghetti
Posted by admin on Monday Apr 5, 2010 Under Italian Cuisine
This is the dinner that I made on Tuesday, March 3, 2009. This is one of the first Italian recipes that I learned to cook here in Italy. It is called: SPAGHETTI all’AMATTRICIANA! Try saying THAT fast! INGREDIENTS: you will need to talk to the butcher in your fine grocery store, and request some PANCETTA–that is Italian bacon. Be sure to chop up (dice) pancetta into small pieces. Use a “handful” of pancetta for 2 people. 2 black or green olives–your choice. Some sage. Salt/red pepper/crushed garlic. Extra-virgin olive oil. Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. And, of course, spaghetti! Here I show how I get cookin’….In my other vlog, I will show you the “finished product.” I didn’t have enough arms to film and cook
If you have questions, just let me know! BUON APPETITO!

I wikies this recipe. Very interesting. Who knows? — We always suggest that you use too much.
—¿ Is this the bacon “which is very salty ?—¿ How was it?
