The simmer sauces come in different flavors and can be used in a variety of dishes. Sometimes known as curry sauce, simmer sauces range from mild to hot and one can choose any flavor, depending on your preference. There are numerous recipes of Simmer Sauces. Here are two recipes of delicious Indian food using simmer sauces: 1) butter chicken or chicken sauce makhniThe makhni is used to make this delicious dish of northern India. The spice is mild and the taste is like creamy butter. Although this spice is for chicken, can also be used to cook the lamb, meat or cottage cheese. Here’s the recipe – Ingredients: 1 tablespoon oil, 1 onion, diced chicken (500g), 460gms makhni sauce cilantro for garnish and salt depending on taste. Preparation: First heat the oil in the pan and then fry the onion until golden in color. The chicken is fried and is also added about 5 minutes. After the chicken is fried sauce is added and the PAN makhni is covered for the dish to a simmer. The estimated time is about 10 minutes. After the chicken is cooked is served garnished with coriander. 2) BBQ Chicken Tikka Masala is kebabTikka Indian simmer sauce used in this preparation. Like most of the sauces simmering, this is also slightly spicy sauce. This sauce is a combination of tomato, onion, cloves and coriander. Ingredients: 460 grams of the Tikka Masala, 2 tablespoons yogurt, salt depending on taste, 650gms chicken pieces of chicken to be more preferred, green pepper, 1 red onion cut into chunks, oil spray , lemon slices and bamboo skewers. Preparation: Tikka Masala yogurt and salt are mixed at first. Then the chicken pieces are dipped in this mixture and cover it well. After that the chicken pieces remain around 3-4 hours in the fridge so they can marinate. The chicken is skewered with the alternative use of onion and green pepper. The chicken is cooked on the grill or pan and the oil is sprayed. In the case of the pot from the heat should be low to medium. The ideal time for baking the chicken is about 20 minutes, but sometimes can take more time and must wait until chicken is cooked.
